Delivery is completely FREE for all orders above Rs. 500. For orders below Rs. 500, a flat delivery charge of Rs. 50 is applied.

Most orders are delivered within 45 minutes to 2 hours after confirmation, depending on your delivery address and order volume.

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) as well as online wallet payments (mock checkouts for eSewa / Khalti).

Yes! If you receive any damaged, stale, or unsatisfactory items, please report it within 24 hours of delivery. We will issue a replacement or refund immediately.

Yes, our spices like organic Turmeric (Besar) and Red Chili Powder are locally sourced, chemical-free, and traditionally ground to preserve authentic flavor and aroma.

Our online delivery and retail store operate Sunday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM. We are closed on Saturdays.
